All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or collection launches.

2. Shipping Times

• Standard Orders: Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within South Africa.
• Made-to-Order Garments: These pieces are crafted individually with the utmost precision. Please allow up to 15 business days for production before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For local deliveries within South Africa, a flat rate may apply depending on courier availability.

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination, but generally range between 5–15 business days after dispatch.
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary by country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

6. Delivery and Responsibility

Janeke Luxueuse cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier. However, we will always assist in tracking your order and resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or additional delivery costs.

7. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

For pre-ordered or custom-made garments, shipping timelines will be communicated clearly upon confirmation. These timelines may vary based on production schedules and fabric availability.

8. Packaging

Each Janeke Luxueuse order is carefully packaged in premium materials to ensure your garment arrives in perfect condition. We take pride in presentation as part of the luxury experience.
